I recently purchased this yoga mat, and I couldn’t be more impressed! I purchased the beautiful Grounding Brown mat with the saying “One Breath At A Time” imprinted across the top. I really loved l the packaging, which included a well designed thank you card and care instructions, which I truly appreciate. The mat is also thick enough providing all the cushion I need during my stretches.
Lovvvvveeee ittttt! Especially the color. I use it for stretching and exercising. I love that it doesn’t slide around when i’m switching positions.
This is by far my favorite mat. It has a great grip, especially for Hot Yoga Classes. It also super pretty and my favorite thing is the quote at the top of the mat. One days when my flow is a little overwhelming , being able to look at the affirmations calms and grounds me and I am able to go within during my flow. I highly suggest you get the mat!
