Hey Yogi is blending collaboration and community wellness into one seamless experience by allowing yoga instructors and wellness practioners to enhance their event experience through mindful engagement while testing the “Mat Rental” concept as a scalable, mission-aligned offering — where the host gains value through an upgraded attendee experience, and Hey Yogi receives proceeds from the add-on rental.
How It Works
1. Event Integration

Wellness Practitioners can add a “Mindfulness Mat Rental” option as an add-on during ticket checkout.

The add-on gives attendees access to a premium Hey Yogi mat for the session, eliminating the need to bring their own.
2. Financial Structure

Add-on's are $15
-
15 Mats Available - 7 Brown (one breath at a time) and 7 Blue (going with the flow).

Additional colors are not available for rental at this time.

All proceeds from the mat add-on go directly to Hey Yogi.

The host benefits by offering a more seamless, elevated experience for guests — without managing extra logistics.
3. Setup

Hey Yogi will need to set up as a vendor to provide a clean, branded rental station at the event.

Attendees who selected the add-on check in to receive their mat.

Rental purchased can also be made onsite before the start of the event.
4. Post-Event Flow

Mats are collected, sanitized, and optionally made available for purchase at a discount.

All rentals must be returned by all participants.
